Zentuary Healing Center
Building a grounded, nervous-system-first social presence for a wellness brand rooted in embodiment and healing.
The shift:
Zentuary is a healing center focused on nervous system work, somatic practices, and deep emotional release. Like many wellness brands, the work itself was powerful—but the online presence needed clarity, cohesion, and a way to translate that depth into content that could actually land on social media.
The challenge wasn’t creating more content—it was helping the brand feel anchored, recognizable, and consistent in how it showed up online, without losing the sensitivity and integrity of the work.
What I did:
I stepped in to support both the content direction and execution, helping translate Zentuary’s in-person experience into a digital presence that felt aligned and embodied results: 200%+ growth rate
This included:
Refining messaging so the brand voice felt clearer, softer, and more grounded in nervous system language
Shaping content themes around real lived experience, emotional regulation, and somatic healing (not just modality explanation)
Editing short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) to bring forward the emotional and experiential layer of the work
Supporting consistency in posting so the brand felt active, present, and alive online
Writing captions designed to build trust, reflection, and resonance—not urgency or pressure

I shaped her brand voice, developed an initial content strategy, and connected her with a design team to bring her vision to life—while setting up a simple, sustainable system she could confidently manage on her own as she grew.

A community-driven pet care startup built on trust and reciprocity
Led social strategy and launch execution, building Cobeau’s presence from the ground up across Instagram and TikTok. I translated a new, community-based pet care model into content that felt both clear and emotionally resonant—developing the brand voice, creating original video assets, and shaping a narrative that supported early traction and connection ahead of launch.
